If you’re recovering from an injury, recovering from a surgery, or just navigating pain in general, I would love to help.

Rehab can be coordinated fully virtually or with a blend of in-person and virtual support that is highly structured, features frequent touch-points, and offers an ever-growing spread of educational materials. This format respects a busy schedule with no need for frequent in-person appointments.

I use a framework that leaves me remarkably well-prepared to prepare athletes from a variety of different sports for their desired activity.
I have particular experience working with climbers, circus athletes, runners, barbell athletes, and soccer players.

My coaching is built upon a compassionate, listening-first approach. There’s no “one best way” that you MUST adhere to; rather, we will tailor each element to your personal goals and situation.

Glenn Fitkin

PT , DPT

I have been a doctor of physical therapy since 2021 and have been an athlete since childhood. I’ve been climbing since 2013. I enjoy challenging my body in new ways and celebrating what I’m capable of.

After nearly four years in a traditional outpatient rehab setting, I realized that I needed to make a change. The restrictions of that environment left me unable to provide a high-quality product for the clients I worked with. I set out to form Fitkin Rehab in order to better serve my community.

I believe that rehab and training exist on a continuum, not separately. I recognize complexity in human experiences.

I am on a mission to empower my community to:

  • receive evidence-informed, accurate, and responsible narratives about health and fitness

  • feel empowered and understand their bodies

  • navigate and conquer pain with confidence and clarity,

  • get STRONG

and to live in a way that:

  • promotes their longevity in the activities they value

  • increases their healthspan

  • and maximizes their fitness for the sake of health and/or performance.
