What makes my services non-traditional?

No need for frequent in-person appointments with an associated high cost per visit. Evidence-informed care with an approach rooted in the most up-to-date pain science, strength and conditioning knowledge, and lifestyle coaching. No fluff, no spending treatment time with a high school-aged tech, fully 1:1 care, no months spent doing body weight exercises on a treatment table. Exercise that will prepare you to return to your desired sport or activity. Knowledge of what will serve you best, with a minimum-effective approach that gives you better results with less time and effort spent.

In-Person and Virtual Rehab

If you’re recovering from an injury, recovering from a surgery, or just navigating pain in general, I would love to help.

Rehab can be coordinated fully virtually or with a blend of in-person and virtual support that is highly structured, features frequent touch-points, and offers an ever-growing spread of educational materials. This format respects a busy schedule with no need for frequent in-person appointments.

You don’t need a referral from a physician ahead of time to get started.

Climbing Rehab

Have you struggled to find a provider that could help you manage a finger injury?
